Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. A verified listing with your USDOT/MC, services, service area, phone and email costs nothing and doesn't expire.
Does paying help my company get approved?
No. Every company goes through the same FMCSA checks. Paid plans only change how your listing looks, where it appears and how customers can reach you.
Will my company profile show up in Google?
Only on Pro and Premium. Paid profiles are open to Google, Bing and AI search assistants and included in our sitemap. Free profiles are live on this site and listed on state and city pages, but closed to search engines (noindex). If you cancel a paid plan, your profile is closed to search engines again.
How do quote requests work on Premium?
Customers click "Get a quote" on your card or profile and fill in the route, vehicle, trailer type and dates. The request is emailed to the address on your listing — just reply to talk to the customer.
Can I switch or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account at any time. Paid plans cover one month and are never charged automatically — we email you a week before the month ends, and you renew from your account. If you don't renew, your listing stays live on the Free plan.
How do I pay?
Through PayPal — with a PayPal account or a debit or credit card, no PayPal account needed. Prices are in USD.
