Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. A verified listing with your USDOT/MC, services, service area, phone and email costs nothing and doesn't expire.
Does paying help my company get approved?
No. Every company goes through the same FMCSA checks. Paid plans only change how your listing looks, where it appears and how customers can reach you.
How do quote requests work on Premium?
Customers click "Get a quote" on your card or profile and fill in the route, vehicle, trailer type and dates. The request is emailed to the address on your listing — just reply to talk to the customer.
Can I switch or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account at any time. Paid plans renew monthly; if you cancel, your listing stays live on the Free plan.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe or with PayPal. Prices are in USD.
